Fab Collaboration
One semiconductor equipment supplier reported that by using ILS Technology’s remote access technology it was able to troubleshoot ‘false alarms’ problems at one of its customers on a specific tool. Using eCentre’s session capability in which several engineers located around the globe are able to observe the tool, it was able to solve the problem in four hours, avoiding the need to dispatch an engineer from the factory to the customer site during the session.
